What types of offers can be promoted?
You can promote a variety of offers, including products, services, and discounts. These can be available for online and on-site purchase. Examples: groceries, electronics, jewelry, cinemas, travel, coupons, and sales. See our Offer guidelines for details.

Can I upload many offers at once?
Yes, you can import multiple offers at once using a CSV file, which requires a specific format that includes URLs for images. Contact us if you have more than 100 offers per month, we can help you automate the import process without any technical development on your part.

Can consumers buy products directly from Offinite?
No, consumers cannot buy products directly from Offinite, as it is dedicated to increasing traffic on-site or online. However, a link to your e-commerce website can be added to every offer.

Can I extend my paid plan's limitations for a short period?
Yes, if you have an annual subscription and need more offers or views for a short period (e.g., festive season, sales season, clearance, etc.), you can purchase credits. These credits are available for 31 days, and you can choose the amount you need.

What happens when the view limits are reached?
Your offers will still be available to consumers, but they will no longer be promoted in the 'For You' feed, in notifications, etc. This situation may occur if your offers are highly popular or if you are on an undersized plan.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and adheres to European regulations.

Can I cancel my Premium plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium plan at any time by downgrading to the free Subscription through your Account settings. If you downgrade during a billing cycle, it will take effect at the end of that cycle, and you will be charged for the entire period at the higher tier.

Does Offinite have an API?
No, there is currently no API available to retrieve or post offers. However, we have a roadmap for new features, including this functionality. If you're interested or have specific use cases in mind, please contact us and let us know.
